Co-op Recruiting Resources: To help you recruit the next generation of co-op employees, we offer co-op careers brochures, PowerPoint presentations and other resources.
NRECA’s Cooperative Career Center was created specifically for electric co-ops to provide employers with targeted access to a diverse set of qualified candidates and help job seekers quickly and easily find job listings that match their skillset.
Vets Power Us: This initiative was developed to support veterans, active military and their spouses by helping veterans explore meaningful career opportunities within America’s electric cooperatives and helping co-ops recruit, hire and honor veterans.
Human Resources Mentoring Program: The National Electric Cooperative Mentoring Program is designed to help co-ops retain their top talent and prepare their new HR professionals for current or future responsibilities.
Internal Communications Toolkit: NRECA created this toolkit at the request of our members to give cooperatives guidance and tools to enhance their internal communication efforts.
Organizational Assessments: NRECA offers an organizational culture diagnostic survey with facilitated-guided follow-up workshops to define the desired culture attributes and targeted actions towards migrating to an enhanced culture.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
For more than 50 years, the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour has helped develop future co-op leaders, bringing high school students to Washington, D.C., to learn about the legislative process and meet with elected officials. Learn more.
