The National Electric Cooperative Mentoring Program is designed to help organizations retain top talent by preparing new and experienced HR and benefits professionals to succeed in their roles at the cooperative. A mentor can help new employees get acclimated, decrease their learning curve and build their national cooperative network. The program fosters collaboration and cooperation among cooperatives and exposes participants to new ideas and approaches in the organizational development and workforce development areas.
