Participants will explore the Empowerment Cycle—a practical framework that connects delegation, motivation, and growth to build high-performing, self-driven teams.

Through engaging discussions, situational leadership tools, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to delegate tasks clearly and confidently, boosting ownership and accountability in their team members. They’ll discover how to inspire high performance by nurturing autonomy, mastery, and purpose, and understand why supporting employee development is critical for long-term success.

What You Will LEARN

  • Explain the Empowerment Cycle and how delegation, motivation, and growth reinforce effective leadership.
  • Apply the Skill/Will Matrix to assess team readiness and adapt leadership styles accordingly.
  • Use structured delegation techniques to match tasks with team members and define clear expectations.
  • Identify and overcome common delegation challenges such as micromanagement and unclear outcomes.
  • Inspire intrinsic motivation by fostering autonomy, mastery, and purpose within their teams.
  • Differentiate between motivators and hygiene factors and apply strategies to enhance job satisfaction.
