Overview

Succeeding in today’s electric industry requires more than the safe delivery of reliable and affordable energy. It requires resilience. This highly interactive course will define resilience, how building it is vital for cooperatives now and discuss the role of the supervisor in developing resilience on their teams. Participants will discuss the supervisor’s role in building resilience in such areas as power supply, support of electric vehicles, cybersecurity, and the changing co-op workforce. The course closes with a focus on personal resilience and how it can be built on an individual level as well as at the cooperative.
