Using Key Accounts Bills as a Relationship-Building Tool

Fee: $99 per participant

Effective key accounts management starts with strong relationships, and relationships are built on trust. One of the most impactful ways to establish trust with key accounts is by helping them understand their energy bills. When cooperative staff can clearly explain the components of a member’s bill—especially energy and demand charges—they demonstrate expertise, transparency and a commitment to delivering value.

This webinar will walk you through the key billing elements of a typical energy and demand bill, equipping you with the knowledge to confidently address member questions, identify opportunities for cost-saving solutions and deepen your relationships with key accounts.

Speaker: Tim Mays, ACEM, CKAE, and President of TCM Solutions
