Overview

​Economic analysis is all around us. As boards, you have to discern between what might affect the cooperative today versus tomorrow. This course is designed to give the director a refresher in economics and basic economic theory. We will focus on how the board might use economic analysis to best guide their coo​peratives both into the next operating cycle and into the next generation.
