This course gives participants an understanding of coaching principles, techniques and frameworks. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises and experiential learning, participants will develop the fundamental skills to become effective coaches and catalysts for positive change.

In this course, participants will explore the core principles of coaching, including active listening and powerful questioning. They will learn to establish trust, create a safe and supportive environment, and effectively guide individuals toward self-discovery and problem-solving.
