Overview

Plaintiffs’ attorneys and activists have alleged electric utility facilities are contributing to health and environmental issues due to the emission of electromagnetic (EMF) and radiofrequency (RF) fields. This webinar addresses the merits of their allegations and how to mitigate risks of lawsuits, regulatory proceedings and customer/community perception.
