Overview

The Rural Electric Safety Achievement Program is a ​framework based on a continuous improvement model that draws leadership, operational and administrative staff towards the goal of strengthening their safety culture.

​RESAP’s online system offers assessment, evaluation, and benchmarking tools to RESAP Users every day. These 90-minute webinars offer returning and new users training on how best to use the online system as well as knowledge of the program’s governing principles, that if applied correctly, help eliminate serious injuries and fatalities.​


Learning Objectives
  • Outline the RESAP program’s governing principles.

  • Familiarize RESAP Users with the system’s three branches of access.

  • Offer users a complete training and orientation of how to best complete RESAP’s Safety Health Check (SHC) and Annual Performance Measure (APM) milestones.

  • Strengthen users’ knowledge of how to access their cooperative’s historical data and resources.​


Audience

​New or returning users who participate in RESAP and visit the system to meet the programs deadlines.
