But until now, it has not been clear how consumer-members perceive co-op cybersecurity or what role proactive messaging should play.
NRECA's new cybersecurity lexicon builds off of the findings of the original lexicon project. It uses co-op consumer research to build out a message track that can proactively bolster public confidence in the cyber readiness of co-ops and mitigate confusion and concern in the wake of an event.
