“NCCO Essentials: Your First Step into Co-op Communications” was hosted on October 13, 2021. This training session was geared toward communications, marketing and member services professionals that have been on the job two years or less. This was a preface to the in-person New Co-op Communicators Orientation (NCCO) and introduced some of the main topics covered during the in-person session along with information about useful network resources and training opportunities.
Participants were encouraged to follow along with worksheets and checklists that captured immediate take-aways and action items. NCCO organizers and past alumni also provided a preview of the in-person training session.
