"Governance Talk" is a series of short educational videos on a variety of governance topics available to directors, CEOs, attorneys and senior staff. In each 7-10 minute video, Pat Mangan, NRECA's director of governance education, asks co-op and industry experts to share valuable knowledge, insights and advice regarding some of today’s most important issues affecting the governance of electric cooperatives, including transparency, board performance evaluation, the director-CEO relationship, cybersecurity and much more. These videos are free and recommended for anyone responsible for co-op governance, including new directors; as a primer for the director whose board is planning to discuss a particular topic; and as a board education topic at the start of the monthly meeting. Many topics offer additional audio-only versions.
