This course explores foundational leadership principles drawn from decades of research by influential thinkers, professional coaches, and business consultants. Designed for both emerging and experienced leaders seeking to build practical leadership skills, this course examines key concepts, strategies, and techniques for effectively guiding others.

Participants are introduced to the fundamental leadership skills and behaviors crucial for teams to fulfill their co-op's vision and purpose. In addition, this course raises awareness of areas where participants can further develop their leadership skills, strategies for addressing team member needs, and tools for participants to continue improving their leadership skills into the future. Through engaging presentations, thought-provoking exercises, and practical applications, this course empowers participants to lead with authenticity and adaptability.

This course is designed for a self-paced, flexible learning experience. Learners engage with the content at their own speed, while still having structured opportunities to reflect, apply, and refine their leadership skills.
