About This Course
Participants will need to complete the course during a 4-week timeframe. Note that course content is open and available 24/7. Courses can be reviewed at any time during the designated 4-week timeframe.
participants can work at their own pace, all course modules must be completed within the courses designated four-week timeframe. It will take approximately 4-5 hours to work through the online course modules, view videos and complete quizzes.
downloadable resources are available for most modules. Participants will be able to access these PDFs even after the course ends.
About the LMS
This course is hosted on NRECA's learning management system (LMS). The day before the course's start date, you will receive an email from the LMS that includes the course link. This short video walks you through the steps in accessing and navigating a typical CCEP online course.
To ensure that you receive emails related to this online course, please ask your IT department to clearlist the following address: LMSAdmin@nreca.coop. These emails will be sent to your primary email address in your cooperative.com profile. You can edit and update this email address at any time by clicking here and logging into cooperative.com.
To access the online course, you will be required to enter your www.cooperative.com username and password. If you need assistance with your www.cooperative.com login, please contact our Member Contact Center: at 1-877-766-3226 or email@example.com. They are available to assist you from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.
To get credit for completion, participants will need to work through all online modules and quizzes, view all definitions, and complete the course evaluation. Note that quizzes require a 70% pass rate and can be taken as many times as needed.
Monitor your progress and completion by watching the check marks next to the modules.
Once the course is complete, the system will send an email acknowledging completion along with a certificate of completion.
To participate, you will need the following:
- A computer or mobile device with high-speed internet access
- Computer speakers or headphones. Note that some of the shorter courses don't have an audio component.
