In every facet of life, conflicts are inevitable. However, how we handle these conflicts can significantly affect our personal and professional relationships. This course fosters a mindset that views disagreements not as obstacles but as catalysts for creativity and understanding. Throughout this course, participants will engage in thought-provoking discussions, role-playing scenarios and practical exercises emphasizing active listening, empathy and constructive communication.
