NRECA's Achieving Cooperative Community Equitable Solar Sources (ACCESS) project is focused on examining various technical and financial models for providing solar energy to low- to moderate-income consumers in order to identify optimal approaches that electric cooperatives nationwide could implement. Our team is working with a diverse stakeholder group, including co-ops, financial organizations, community advocacy groups, and others.
