Influence is a powerful skill in today’s workplace. It is not limited to title or authority, it grows from insight, strong relationships and the ability to connect people and ideas. HR professionals are expected to do more than manage processes, they are called to influence strategy, culture and leadership decisions. This session focuses on how HR professionals can become people of influence in their co-ops. Participants will explore how being strategic—in how they think, speak, and act—is the foundation for building credibility, shaping conversations, and influencing outcomes.
