​After over 40 years, FERC in 2020 adopted comprehensive revisions to its regulations under Title II of PURPA​. FERC’s PURPA reform Orders 872 & 872-A​ provide much needed changes to the way that electric utilities-including all cooperatives-and qualifying facilities comply with PURPA. This ​web conference covers what those changes are and how they can impact co-ops.​
