[accordion title="Continuing%20Legal%20Education%20(CLE)"]Continuing Legal Education accreditation applications are submitted for the following mandatory CLE states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Individuals wanting CLE credit for their participation ina program should complete the appropriate state forms available on-site. If a state doesn't have its own form, the Uniform Certificate of Attendance should be completed. The forms will be collected after each seminar and NRECA will submit them on your behalf.

[accordion title="Continuing%20Professional%20Education%20(CPE)%20"]Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required for CPAs to maintain their professional competence and provide quality professional services. CPAs are responsible for complying with all applicable CPE requirements, rules and regulations of state boards of accountancy, as well as those of membership associations and other professional organizations.
NRECA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

[accordion title="Professional%20Development%20Hour%20(PDH)"]Professional Development Hour (PDH) is defined as one contact hour of instruction, presentation or study. The term PDH is commonly used in the engineering community.
Many state licensing boards require that professional engineers maintain and improve their skills through continuing education courses and other opportunities for professional development. Each 60-minute session earns 1.0 PDH.

- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) for early- and mid-career professionals
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) for senior-level practitioners.
SHRM regards the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP as the new global standard in certification for the HR profession.
NRECA will not seek approved provider status for SHRM. Unlike HRCI (PHR/SPHR) SHRM doesn't allow one program to be reviewed. However, you should still be able to submit credits for participation at NRECA events on your own. Use the conference/meeting program on-site guide to track your session attendance. It provides session length (minutes) and descriptions – all the information you need to apply for credit.
