On August 26, 2019, ​NRECA filed reply comments at FERC in the inquiry regarding the commission's electric transmission incentive rates policy (Docket No. PL19-3-000). This proceeding is one of two concurrent transmission rate policy inquiries launched by FERC this spring; the other one concerns the commission's policy for determining the allowed return on equity in transmission rates. NRECA filed opening comments in both proceedings on June 26, 2019, and reply comments in the ROE proceeding on July 26, 2019.
