A completed sponsorship commitment form must be received by Friday, January 12, 2024, in order to secure sponsorship benefits as detailed above (unless otherwise noted).
Given production schedules for publications, signage and other sponsorship acknowledgements, it is extremely important to adhere to the above posted deadline(s).
While we will make every effort to provide sponsorship benefits as described here, the final details of sponsorships are subject to change. In the event that a sponsorship benefit becomes unavailable, services or products of equal or greater value will be provided. Sponsors will be notified of any changes.
Receipt of Benefits
Sponsorship invoices will be sent electronically no later than 5 business days after confirmation of benefits. Invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the outlined benefits associated with your sponsorship package.
CancellationsRequest for sponsorship cancellation must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to the official event start date, as stated above. All cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
