Standard Sponsor Benefits  

All sponsorships come with the standard benefits listed below. See specific packages for unique and exclusive benefits.  

• Company logo recognition in the sponsorship sections of PowerXchange and TechAdvantage event websites.
• Company logo, description and social media links in the sponsor section of the event mobile app.
• Logo recognition and gratitude in the official ‘thank you to our sponsors’ advertisement in the on-site program guide and in the February issue of RE Magazine. Commitment must be received by Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 to be included.
  
• Access to the PowerXchange and/or TechAdvantage attendee list prior to the event (one time distribution). The list will include attendee name, title, co-op name, city, and state.
• An upgraded exhibitor listing in the PowerXchange and TechAdvantage on-site program guide including company logo, listing printed in bold face type and sponsor level designation.
• Sponsor logo recognition and gratitude in prominent locations in the expo hall, and/or convention center foyer, and/or in the expo hall entrance walkway.
• Floor decals designating sponsor level outside the sponsor booth.
