Important Hotel Dates
Participants must be registered to secure hotel reservations. Hotel reservations are made online through NRECA’s Housing Center.
- April 5, 2022: Group Cut-Off Date.
NRECA's on-line reservation system will be closed on this date after 9:00 p.m. (ET). All new reservations or modifications to existing reservations must be submitted to the NRECA Housing Center (via Cooperative.com) no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2022 (9:00 p.m. ET). All requests for confirmed guestroom cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) to the NRECA Housing Center by this date in order to avoid cancellation fees. All remaining unused rooms will be released for general sale. - April 6, 2022: Housing Center Assistance.
The Housing Center will be available to assist with member reservation needs via email only. During this time, rooming lists are being reviewed for accuracy and then forwarded to the convention hotels to secure in their systems. Additional reservations are based on availability and are not guaranteed. A cancellation fee equal to one room night plus tax will apply to all cancelled reservations. NRECA's policy overrides any hotel policy concerning the cancellation of rooms. - April 14, 2022: Contact Hotel Directly
Requests for new hotel reservations, modifications and changes to existing reservations must be made by contacting the hotels directly. Please do not call the hotel to confirm hotel reservation(s) prior to this date. Changes will be subject to prevailing room availability and rates. Any room cancellations during this time will be subject to a cancellation penalty. NRECA's cancellation policies override any hotel policies concerning the cancellation of rooms.
