Commitment Deadlines and Availability

A completed sponsorship commitment form must be received by Friday, Nov. 29, 2024, in order to secure sponsorship benefits as detailed above (unless otherwise noted).

Given production schedules for publications, signage and other sponsorship acknowledgements, it is extremely important to adhere to the deadline(s) posted above.

While we will make every effort to provide sponsorship benefits as described here, the final details of sponsorships are subject to change. In the event that a sponsorship benefit becomes unavailable, services or products of equal or greater value will be provided. Sponsors will be notified of any changes.

Receipt of Benefits
Sponsorship invoices will be sent electronically no later than 5-7 business days after confirmation of benefits. Invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the outlined benefits associated with your sponsorship package.

Cancellations
Request for sponsorship cancellation must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to the official event start date as stated above. All cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

NRECA Event Code of Conduct & Policies
We value the health and safety of our members, staff and all other event participants; therefore, our focus is to create an environment that provides practical safeguards for every person involved. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to comply with NRECA’s Event Code of Conduct & Policies as a condition of attendance.

FEMA Funding Reminder
Please note, if a cooperative is currently the recipient of FEMA funding, or if the cooperative is planning to apply for FEMA funding, and if the cooperative has hired, or may hire, your entity to perform work covered by the FEMA funding, then federal procurement rules prohibit you from giving certain types of gifts to the cooperative’s officers, employees or agents. This may include participation (i.e. the round of golf) at our upcoming tournament. If you believe these circumstances and rules apply to your entity, please notify NRECA and staff can reassign your entity’s foursome. If you are uncertain whether these rules apply to you, please contact your entity’s attorney. Please also note that all prizes, refreshments, and gifts at the tournament are provided directly by NRECA to tournament participants, with financial support or donations from tournament sponsors.
