To help you navigate the various options NRECA offers for developing electric cooperative leaders (for either you or your staff), we developed two leadership assessments—a self-assessment to help you understand your own needs and an assessment that allows you to assess the needs of your employees.
Drawn from NRECA’s Electric Cooperative Employee Competencies, both assessments contain the same assessment items. Used in combination, these assessments can provide valuable insights around strengths and skill gaps, and opportunities for training, coaching and mentoring. These assessments are designed to help you understand which of NRECA's supervisory, management and leadership courses and events may be most appropriate for you or your staff.
