This NEETRAC research project investigated construction quality practices of selected NEETRAC members and reviewed the standards followed by related industries. Eight NEETRAC members participated in the interview process, sharing their varied experiences with construction quality. The project found that Quality Management Systems, especially for construction quality, which rely on peer review by experienced engineering and construction personnel are less effective than formal quality systems found in other industries.
