​​​​​​​This fact sheet​ provides information on the recently introduced ReConnecting Rural America Act, a bill that NRECA worked closely with congressional offices and other stakeholders to craft. This bill would take steps to make the USDA ReConnect program permanent and ensure that rural communities are served by broadband networks that are scalable and able to keep pace with growing consumer demands.​
