Approaches to Project Development
Once your co-op has clarified its project motivation and goals, you can utilize one of three standard approaches to infrastructure project development:
Develop the project using in-house capabilities
Purchase power from a turn-key project developed by an external party
Utilize a blended approach where the co-op performs the tasks that are familiar to them and other tasks are performed under subcontracts.
