wisdom around "energy efficiency" to be more inclusive
of load shaping, demand response, and beneficial electrification. This
will help evolve traditional energy efficiency programs that focus
primarily on saving energy to broader programs that also address today’s
challenge of reducing greenhouse gases and addressing climate change concerns.
