What is Personnel Practice Pointers?

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​A monthly online publication for human resource managers and organization leaders, NRECA Personnel Practice Pointers (PPP) focuses on current and emerging legal issues in employment. This newsletter, developed by labor and employee relations attorney, delivers cases, rulings and policies as well as other items of interest in the human resources arena. PPP offers practical compliance pointers to help ensure that you are managing your co-op's human resources department within the law, and helps you keep current on emerging legal employment issues. Real legal cases will show you examples of what to do—and what not to do—to optimize your HR functions.

The annual subscription price for PPP is $195. Each additional subscription to an employee within your rural electric system is $35. Your subscription price includes unlimited access to the PPP archives.

Note: As of June 2014 PPP is a digital-only subscription, delivered via email to subscribers on the first busines​s day of eac​h month.
