This year, we're excited to bring together the Cooperative IT Mentoring Program and the Women in Power Mentoring Program into one expanded initiative-now open to all NRECA Voting Member employees. (Note: HR staff participate in a separate mentoring program.) The Empower Mentoring Program builds on the strengths of both efforts and opens the door to broader professional growth across the cooperative network.
The program is designed to help employees strengthen leadership skills, grow in their roles, and build meaningful connections across cooperatives. Participants can apply as either a mentor or mentee. We hope you’ll consider joining us and taking part in a supportive, growth focused community.
Join us on April 2 at 2:00 PM ET for an information session where we'll walk through the program's purpose, structure, and what you can expect as a mentor or mentee.
