​NRECA filed comments with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) on its proposed rule for "Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses." NRECA supports OSHA's proposal to end a requirement that larger employers (250 employees or more) file detailed injury and illness reports. However, NRECA opposes OSHA's proposal for employers to add Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) to reports that will continue to be filed. FULL FILING
