​NRECA and several other utilities, each representing their respective critical infrastructure industry ("CII") members, filed a response to the FCC's draft Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("Draft Order") proposing to open the 6 Ghz band to unlicensed usage. The utilities request certain changes be made to the text of any final Order so that the formal record reflects our communications with the Commission and specific concerns raised and technical data shared that contradicts the conclusions in the draft order.
