​On April 1, NRECA, along with NRTC, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, the Ensuring RDOF Integrity Coalition (ERIC) and the Wisconsin State Telecommunications Association, submitted a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) urging the agency to expeditiously release a Public Notice that lists provisionally won RDOF Phase I census block groups (CBGs) that it knows are in default, and on a rolling basis to release information on future defaulted CBGs.  Release of this information will ensure that these areas are eligible for other federal, state and local broadband funding programs. ​
