​On March 31, NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association, APCO International, Edison Electric Institute, Enterprise Wireless Alliance, Southern Company Services, Inc., and the Utilities Technology Council, representing incumbent public safety, critical infrastructure (“CII"), and other enterprise licensees, filed a letter with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) detailing eight concrete steps that the agency can take to protect licensed fixed operations from harmful interference from unlicensed use of the 6 GHz band.​
