On June 26, NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association (APPA) and the Utilities Technology Council (UTC), filed a letter with the FCC in support of the Petition for Stay Pending Judicial Review by the Edison Electric Institute of the FCC’s order to open the 6 GHz band spectrum to unlicensed usage (ET Docket No. 18-295).
