​On April 28, NRECA filed reply comments with the FCC in support of the Connect America Fund Phase II Coalition's petition requesting the FCC align the letter of credit requirements adopted for winning bidders in the Connect America Fund Phase II (CAF II) auction with the more targeted letter of credit obligations adopted for the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF).  NRECA supports granting the petition because by doing so the Commission will free more money for network deployments and increase the likelihood that CAF II awardees will participate in the RDOF Phase I auction.
