​​On September 8, 2020, NRECA, along with the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), the Utilities Technology Council (UTC), and the American Public Power Association (APPA), filed a petition for stay of the FCC order opening the 6 GHz band.  The petition urges the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to stay the order pending a decision by the court on the legality of the order.
