​​On August 6, NRECA, along with EEI & UTC, filed a motion for extension of time for the filing of initial comments and reply comments in response to an NCTA petition asking the FCC to rule that “pole owners” pay a very large “proportionate and equitable” share of the costs for pole replacements requested by new communications attachers.
