​On March 24, NRECA filed reply comments with the FCC in response to proposed changes to the customer proprietary network information (CPNI) data breach rules. In the comments, NRECAs supported the modified rules but recommended some alterations to reduce the burden on providers and to reduce concerns about over notification of consumers.
