​On November 20, NRECA, along with EEI and UTC, filed reply comments with the FCC reiterating our opposition to the CTIA petition and responding to comments filed by others.  The reply comments state that petitioners, and commenters, offer no evidence that a broad expansion of the Commission's pole attachment jurisdiction, to the extent advocated by CTIA, is required or even permitted by law to advance the deployment of fifth generation (5G) wireless and broadband services.
