​​​​NRECA followed up with written comments to support Mr. Archie Dickens' (Coast Electric Power Association, MS) participation in OSHA's Small Business Regulatory Efficiency and Fairness (SBREFA) panel. The panel examined the impacts of a proposed OSHA standard covering workers who respond to emergency incidents as part of their regularly assigned duties as well as those who may be called upon, from time to time, to respond to emergencies.
