​​NRECA filed comments in response to OSHA’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Heat Injury & Illness. Our comments emphasized the many programs and policies NRECA members have in place to detect and mitigate heat stress. We also provided data from Federated demonstrating a very low number of worker compensation claims for heat-related injuries or illness.
