On April 15, NRECA and NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association submitted a letter to the FCC expressing concern with an RDOF Gigabit tier winning bidder recently announcing that it intends to serve a significant number of locations with fixed wireless rather than fiber, as it originally proposed. As the Commission continues to assess bidders' Long Form applications, the Joint Filers reiterate the need for careful inspection of proposed technologies and deployment plans, the letter said.
