​On June 2, NRECA, along with NTCA – the Rural Broadband Association, The Utilities Technology Council (UTC), and the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA), met separately with advisors to FCC Chairman Pai and each commissioner to oppose language in the Draft RDOF Procedures PN that would allow fixed wireless and DSL providers to bid in the gigabit tier of RDOF auction subject to a case-by-case review.
