On May 5, NRECA submitted comments to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Proposed BEAD Challenge Process Guidance. Among other things, the comments urged NTIA to require eligible entities to notify providers when a challenge has been filed against them, to provide more time for challenges and rebuttals, and to focus more on getting reliable, high-speed service to all Americans than worrying about potential overbuilding.
