On August 22, ​NRECA filed comments regarding the Federal Highway Administration and U.S. Department of Transportation Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program (NEVI – the EV public charging grant program established by last year's bipartisan infrastructure bill). The NPRM posed very specific questions to help guide them as they finalize the program requirements, and our comments are aimed at addressing those questions and ensuring our priorities are considered.​
