On July 27, 2020, NRECA, along with the American Public Power Association (APPA) and the Utilities Technology Council (UTC), filed a petition for review of the FCC's April 24 Report and Order on the 6 GHz spectrum band with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.  Petitioners State the Report and Order unlawfully authorizes unlicensed low power indoor operations without sufficient safeguards to prevent harmful interference to licensed operations.
