​On April 2, 2021, NRECA, along with a broad coalition of parties to the 6 GHz court challenge, filed a Final Reply Brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit responding to the FCC and supporting entities brief in support of the FCC decision to open the 6 GHz order to unlicensed usage without sufficient safeguards to protect against interference with licensed utility and public safety users.​
