​NRECA filed a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) urging it to deny a complaint by CXA La Paloma, LLC against the California Independent System Operator Corporation (CAISO) in which it asks for CAISO to implement a mandatory forward capacity market. NRECA also concurs with the protest filed in the same docket by NRECA member Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (AEPCO). FULL FILING
