​NRECA filed comments with the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) in response to its notice of inquiry (NOI) and request for comments on the RUS e-Connectivity Pilot Program. Congress authorized up to $600 million in RUS loans and grants to eligible applicants for broadband investments in the FY2018 omnibus appropriations law.
